1. General
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all sales and services provided by easydrink Middle East Trading LLC ("easydrink," "we," "our," or "us") through our website, authorized resellers, and direct sales within the United Arab Emirates. By purchasing or using our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Products & Services
EasyDrink provides premium drinking water systems and accessories designed for residential and commercial use. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice. All product images, descriptions, and specifications on our website or marketing materials are for general reference only. Minor variations in color, design, or performance may occur due to continuous product improvement.
3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless stated otherwise. Orders can be placed online or through authorized representatives. Payment must be made in full prior to delivery or installation, unless other arrangements are agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or cash upon delivery (where applicable). easydrink reserves the right to decline or cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.
4. Delivery & Installation
We aim to deliver and/or install your easydrink system within the agreed timeframe. Delays caused by third parties, import regulations, or unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) are not the responsibility of easydrink. The customer must ensure accessibility for installation, proper electrical/water connections, and compliance with local building standards.
5. Warranty & Maintenance
easydrink products are covered by a standard 24-month warranty from the date of installation or purchase, whichever comes first. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation by unauthorized technicians, or failure to follow maintenance instructions. Routine servicing and filter replacement should be performed as recommended to maintain performance and hygiene.
6. Returns & Refunds
Products can be returned within 7 days of purchase if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Custom installations or special orders are non-refundable once installed. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method within 14 working days after approval. Installation and service fees are non-refundable.
7. Liability
easydrink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service. Customers are responsible for ensuring their plumbing and electrical systems meet compatibility requirements prior to installation.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected during order processing or service communication will be handled in accordance with UAE data protection standards. Your information will never be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
