How long does a CO₂ cylinder last?

Accepted Answer

A standard CO₂ cylinder is sufficient for about 60-80 liters of sparkling water, depending on the set carbonation level. We offer a convenient subscription model for regular replacement.

Question 3

Can I install the system myself?

Accepted Answer

Yes, installation is possible for DIY-savvy individuals with the included instructions. However, we also offer a professional installation service by certified technicians to guarantee flawless operation.

Question 4

How do I clean my WELLQ® system?

Accepted Answer

For regular cleaning, we recommend using our 'easydrink Sanitize' sanitation cartridge every 6-12 months. The outer surfaces can be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth.

How often do I need to change the filter?

Accepted Answer

We recommend changing the filter cartridge every 6 months to ensure optimal water quality and system performance. More frequent changes may be necessary with high usage or poor water quality.

What should I do if no water comes out of the tap?

Accepted Answer

First, check if the main water supply to the unit is open. Ensure the device is plugged in and there are no kinks in the hoses. If the problem persists, consult the manual or contact our support.
